Q: How to change the speed & range of motion?
A: 1. There is a button at the backside of the toy, you can change the speed to Fast, Slow, Handheld Mode by pressing the button. Press it once to turn on and run in slow mode. Press it again to run in fast mode. Press it a third time to manually turn off the toy. It won't turn on automatically again. 2. At the top of the machine, there is a switch to change the ranges of the laser.
Q: Kitties/Dogs don't like this toy, what should I do?
A: You can try using handheld mode if your kitties/dogs are not interested in automatic mode.
Q: My laser won't work without being plugged in, why?
A: This laser toy is not rechargeable. The toy needs to be plugged in via USB or have batteries installed to power it. Please choose one option.
