Load the treat carousel with 20 treats and place it in the Go Dogo with the solid slot facing the exit hole.

In your Go Dogo app: Start the game at Level 1. The game will automatically advance based on your dog’s performance.

The PlayZone is the area covered by the two Go Dogo cameras - usually the ~20 square feet in front on your TV, depending on the size of your dog. This is where all the fun happens!

The Go Dogo is placed above/below/next to your TV, and always so that it is out of your dog’s reach. It contains a small computer, a treat dispenser, and the front camera. The front camera is active when the system needs to see your dog from the front in the PlayZone

The Side Camera needs to be placed so it can see your dog from the side in full figure. It is used to detect your dog’s position (such as “sit”, or “down”). It sends the images via WiFi to the Go Dogo’s computer that analyzes whether the position is correct or not.

Whenever your dog completes a challenge, the system will play a “Ding!” sound as immediate feedback, followed by verbal praise given by the digital instructor. While the audio feedback is given, a treat is also being released. To avoid any loud noise that may scare your dog the treats simply fall out of the Go Dogo by the use of gravity. This also means that they shouldn’t be too sticky, too uneven or too large, in order to not get stuck.

The Go Dogo app is what you need to control the system, from home or remotely. You are able to create profiles for multiple dogs, track their progress, navigate through the levels, or schedule game session for when you’re away.

The included Free Membership gives you the chance to get started with Go Dogo, without paying for features you don’t yet need. You’ll be able to access all features of the app and the first 5 levels. Once you’re ready to upgrade, choose your desired membership plan in the Go Dogo app.

We recommend our Standard Membership for all our Go Dogo customers. It gives access to ALL Go Dogo levels and features - current and upcoming. Go Dogo currently has 8 levels and we expect to release just as many more this year.
