The base is used to recharge your Fi Series 3 Smart Collar. To recharge your collar, just place it in the recess on the charging base. The collar light should start pulsing blue to indicate that it’s charging.

Your Fi Base needs to be set up indoors, in an area where it can plug into an electrical outlet, connect to your Wi-Fi network, and should be placed in an open area where your dog frequently spends time.
